These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MIGO AI Chat mobile application, website, and related services (“App,” “MIGO AI Chat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
MIGO AI Chat is operated by Boby AI.
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
MIGO AI Chat is intended only for users aged 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to access, register for, or use the App.
MIGO AI Chat is an AI-powered entertainment and creativity app. The App allows users to interact with AI systems, chat with AI characters or personas, upload images, and generate AI-based text, images, characters, or other digital content.
The App is provided for entertainment, creativity, and general informational purposes only.
MIGO AI Chat does not provide:
Medical advice
Legal advice
Financial advice
Psychological counseling
Emergency support
Professional diagnosis or treatment
Dating, matchmaking, or relationship services
AI-generated content may be fictional, inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, unexpected, or misleading. You should not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice or as a substitute for human judgment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MIGO AI Chat.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not use another person’s account, allow others to use your account, or transfer your account to someone else.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create safety risks, violate applicable laws, or violate Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable platform policies.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MIGO AI Chat for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, sell, lease, distribute, or sublicense the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission
Use the App to build, train, or improve competing products, services, or AI systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation, security, or infrastructure
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
You may submit, upload, create, send, or otherwise provide content through the App, including messages, prompts, photos, images, AI character settings, persona preferences, profile information, feedback, reports, and other materials (“User Content”).
You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure that you have all rights, permissions, and legal basis needed to upload, submit, or use it.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
By using the App, you allow us to host, store, process, modify, analyze, display, transmit, and use your User Content as needed to:
Provide and operate the App
Generate AI responses, images, characters, and other outputs
Process image and text features
Maintain safety and moderation systems
Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse
Provide support
Improve service reliability and performance
Enforce these Terms
Comply with legal obligations

MIGO AI Chat may generate text, images, characters, personas, replies, or other content using artificial intelligence (“AI Content”).
You understand that AI Content is generated automatically and may not be accurate, reliable, original, exclusive, or suitable for your intended use.
AI Content does not represent the views, opinions, advice, or statements of Boby AI.
You are responsible for how you use, save, share, or rely on AI Content.
We may monitor, filter, restrict, remove, or block User Content or AI Content that violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, applicable law, platform policies, or our safety standards.
MIGO AI Chat may allow you to upload photos, screenshots, profile images, avatars, or other media.
If you upload content involving another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent.
You may not use the App to create, upload, edit, or share content that:
Violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights
Misleads others about a real person’s identity, consent, or involvement
Harasses, humiliates, exploits, or harms another person
Creates non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation
Involves minors in exploitative, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate contexts
We may remove or restrict such content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You agree not to use MIGO AI Chat to create, request, upload, share, promote, or distribute content or activity that includes or encourages:
Content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
Non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation
Harassment, threats, hate speech, abuse, or discrimination
Graphic violence, self-harm, suicide encouragement, or dangerous instructions
Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
Malware, hacking, credential theft, or unauthorized access
Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations
Misleading impersonation of real people
Obscene, illegal, harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
Attempts to bypass safety filters, moderation systems, usage limits, subscriptions, or payment systems
Any activity that violates Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable platform policies
You also agree not to scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.
We may use automated and manual moderation tools to detect, prevent, restrict, or remove harmful, illegal, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
This may include review or processing of prompts, chat messages, uploaded images, generated images, AI character or persona details, user reports, abuse signals, account activity, and device or usage signals.

We may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, or cooperate with legal authorities where appropriate.
MIGO AI Chat may offer subscriptions, credits, premium features, paid content, or other digital purchases.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Credits, tokens, or usage-based features may have no cash value, may be limited to your account, and may expire where disclosed.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription or delete your account.
Refunds, billing issues, and subscription management are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
MIGO AI Chat, including its software, design, features, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and related materials, belongs to Boby AI or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse the App or its content.
You retain your rights in User Content that you submit to the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI outputs generated for you through the App for personal purposes.
AI outputs may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are original, exclusive, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of User Content and AI outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
MIGO AI Chat may use third-party services, including AI providers, cloud providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, app stores, payment platforms, moderation tools, and infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, systems, failures, or policies, except where required by applicable law.
Your use of MIGO AI Chat is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information, including information related to AI chats, uploaded photos, subscriptions, advertising identifiers, analytics, and third-party AI providers.
You may request account deletion or data deletion by contacting us at:

Where available, you may also initiate account deletion from within the App.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play settings.
We respect intellectual property rights.

Please include:
Your full name and contact information
A description of the protected work or right
A description or location of the allegedly infringing content
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
Confirmation that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
Your physical or electronic signature
We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
MIGO AI Chat is not designed or intended for emergencies.
Do not use the App to seek emergency help, crisis support, medical treatment, mental health crisis support, legal help, law enforcement assistance, or urgent safety support.
If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
MIGO AI Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free
AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, safe, original, exclusive, or reliable
Generated images, characters, replies, or other outputs will meet your expectations
Moderation systems will detect all violations
The App will be suitable for your intended use
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boby AI and its affiliates, service providers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of MIGO AI Chat.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for MIGO AI Chat in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify you through the App or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of MIGO AI Chat after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
