For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the relevant platform provider may act as an independent data controller for payment-related processing, billing, refunds, and subscription management.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
Username, display name, profile image, avatar, and account settings
Email address, where required
Date of birth or age confirmation
AI character preferences, selected personas, and interaction settings
Chat messages, prompts, conversation history, and AI-generated replies
AI-generated images, media content, and generated outputs
Photos, images, or other content uploaded by you
Feedback, support messages, complaints, and reports
Subscription status, purchase information, and receipt validation data
Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic data, and app usage events
Advertising identifiers, attribution data, and campaign interaction data, where permitted
Uploaded, submitted, or generated content may include metadata such as timestamps, file type, file size, prompt settings, generation settings, character settings, moderation labels, and safety signals.
MIGO AI Chat may allow you to upload photos, profile images, avatars, screenshots, or other images to create or personalize AI-generated content, characters, media, or visual outputs.
Uploaded images may include faces or appearance-related information. We process such images only to provide requested App features, maintain safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and operate the App.
We do not use uploaded photos or face-related information to identify you, authenticate you, perform facial recognition, create a biometric profile, determine sensitive attributes, or sell your face-related data.
If you upload images or content involving other people, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to do so.
AI-generated conversations, characters, personas, images, and media outputs are created for entertainment and creativity purposes only and may not always be accurate, reliable, appropriate, complete, original, or suitable for your intended use.

We aim to share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, operate the App, maintain safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.
Where required by law or platform rules, we may ask for your consent before enabling certain AI features or before sharing relevant data with AI technology providers. If you do not provide the required consent, some AI features may not be available.
We do not use your private chat messages or uploaded photos to train our own AI models unless you give consent or the data has been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
MIGO AI Chat may use analytics, attribution, advertising, and measurement technologies to measure app installs, understand marketing performance, analyze usage, prevent ad fraud, measure subscription conversion, optimize campaigns, and support advertising where available.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and platform settings, we and our partners may process advertising identifiers such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID, device information, IP address, app usage events, install source, attribution data, purchase or subscription events, country or region, campaign performance data, and ad interaction data.
On iOS, where required, we request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking your activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising or measurement purposes.

MIGO AI Chat may offer subscriptions, credits, premium features, paid content, or other digital purchases. Purchases through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple, and purchases through Google Play are processed by Google.
We may receive limited purchase-related information such as product purchased, subscription status, purchase date, renewal status, expiration date, app store transaction identifiers, receipt validation data, refund or cancellation status, and premium entitlement status.
We do not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, or full payment credentials.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

MIGO AI Chat is designed to provide a safe and respectful AI experience.
We may use automated and manual moderation systems to detect, prevent, restrict, or remove content that violates our Terms of Use, applicable law, platform policies, or safety standards, including harmful, illegal, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content.
This may include review or processing of prompts, chat messages, uploaded images, generated images, AI character or persona details, user reports, abuse signals, account activity, and device or usage signals.

You should not upload or share sensitive personal information in the App, including government identification numbers, financial account details, passwords, precise location, health information, confidential documents, or private information about other people.
MIGO AI Chat is not intended to store sensitive, confidential, or highly personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MIGO AI Chat and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Account information is retained while your account remains active. Chat history, uploaded content, generated content, purchase records, safety logs, moderation records, fraud-prevention records, analytics data, and advertising data may be retained as needed to provide the App, support safety, validate purchases, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.
If MIGO AI Chat allows account creation, we provide a way to initiate account deletion from within the App.

We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law and will confirm completion where required.
Deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your account or cancel your subscription.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, opt out of certain advertising or tracking activities, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
