This STEM based class will provide students with a foundation in content and skills associated with robotics and automation, including artificial intelligence, electronics, physics, and principles of engineering. Programming in Python for Vex Robots will be a focus. Members of this class will be members of the Robotics team with the goal of participating in Robotics competitions. Some after school time may be required for competition participation.Prerequisites:

This STEM based class will provide students with content and skills essential to the design and operation of robotics, including artificial intelligence, sensors, electronic devices, engineering technologies, motion physics, electrical motors, programming, simulation and modeling, and critical thinking skills. Members of this class will be members of the Robotics team with the goal of participating in Robotics competitions.Special Notes:
Students may be required to prepare for competition during after school hours.
