The Data Analysis & Workflow Integration (DAWI) group is a development team within NSLS-II's Data Science and Systems Integration (DSSI) division. Our backgrounds span a range of disciplines in the physical and computational sciences. We support data analysis aspects of beamline operations and we drive new developments in the synchrotron community.
DAWI leads a suite of projects that includes automation workflows for beamline data pipelines, feedback agents for autonomous experiments, AI/ML for image reconstruction and decision agents, visualization apps for exploring data, curated virtual desktop environments, and computing resources that support these efforts.
