1. BNB48 club runs as a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) as possible.

2. Kava holders voting is the fundamental form of BNB48 Club governance.

3. A proposal co-signed by more than 5% of the total Koge will be deemed effective.

4. Voting usually has four options: yes, no, abstain, and veto. Each voting result follows the simple majority principle, 1 Koge 1 vote. If all following conditions are met at the same time, it is a pass, otherwise rejected.

   • The number of valid votes exceeds 20% of the total Koge.

   • There are more votes of yes than no.

   • The veto vote does not exceed 1/3 of the valid votes.

5. BNB48 committee is authorized by all Koge holders to execute daily affairs and is responsible to all Koge holders.

6. A committee can be nominated or dismissed following the procedure of proposing and voting.
