Work Experience

There were 5 modules in the program.

First module was focused on identifying project priorities and developing a delivery plan to achieve them. Second module focused on the customer experience and I had to make practical decisions based on client data. Third module focused on extracting insights from data to respond to client questions about the performance of the changes. Fourth module gave me the opportunity to communicate with clients in difficult situations. Fifth module focused on reviewing and prioritizing a client’s ideas and recommend a mix of short-term and longer-term initiatives that fit within client's budget.

I enjoyed every bit of this program. I learnt many practical aspects which occur in professional world.
