Thursday, October 23
Tuesday, November 4
Wednesday, November 19
On Senior Ad Nights, parents can schedule a time between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to come into the yearbook room and work with a staff member to design and submit their senior ad. Go here to schedule a time for Senior Ad Night.
What do I do if I don't have my photos in digital form? If you do not have a digital file of your photos, you may scan them using a scanner at a store such as Costco or Walmart.
Can a senior ad be for more than one student? Yes! Large or small groups of friends who want to commemorate their years together or parents with tons of photos and can’t decide which to include can purchase an ad together. Split the cost and share the great memories.
Can I design my layout? Yes, you can! You can use a photo editing program like Photoshop or an online program like Canva.com to create a "camera ready" ad that you save as a single .jpg and upload to the Varsity Yearbooks site like a photograph.
Can you save me a space? No, we cannot save spots in the yearbook for ads. We can only guarantee you an ad spot in the yearbook once you go online and create your ad or attend one of the Senior Ad Nights, where a yearbook staff member will help you design your ad. All ads must be submitted by December 8, 2025.
What if I missed the deadline? The online order form closes after December 6. If any space is still available after that, we will sell ads on a first-come, first-served basis, as we cannot adjust our page count with the printer. We cannot guarantee that any ad space will be available for purchase after December 8, but if it becomes available, we will announce it on this page and in the BMHS Weekly Bulletin.
** If there is any reference or photo that could be deemed inappropriate (including, but not limited to, alcohol, drugs, tattoos, swimsuits, revealing clothing, weapons, gang signs, etc.), it will not be placed in the yearbook, and no refund will be given. No exceptions.
