The intelligent agent monitors activities in your class. You can use the intelligent agent for email users with grades below a certain level and users that have not logged in within a period of time. This helps with user engagement. You can also use it for welcome messages and for incomplete assignments

 How to Set Up A Practice Run

Faculty can set up a practice run to test the intelligent agent set up without the system sending an email to students.

Click on the arrow next to the intelligent agent title and choose practice run. The system will automatically send you an email when complete. After receiving the email, go to the Agent list, and you will find out more information on whether the agent run correctly.
