Volunteers are ALWAYS needed to help with various school and family events, to donate food or drink items, etc. Watch for opportunities on the PTO facebook page OR make sure you complete the PTO Blue Form to be added to our list of volunteers to contact.
Download the BoxTops app and simply scan your receipts after shopping to allow eligible purchases to make a donation to our school! Once you have the app, save Bluffton Elementary School as your school of choice then scan any grocery receipts withing 2-weeks of shopping to contribute.
Collect and turn-in any Community Market, Great Scot or Chief Market. Receipts can be dropped off to the elementary school or have a student bring them in to the office. A portion of each purchase can be eligible to be given to participating schools.
If you'd simply like to make a donation, you can donate electronically by clicking HERE. The Bluffton Elementary PTO uses Givebutter to help collect donations via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay or GooglePay. Each school year opens a donation campaign to help with expenses for that given year. Check out our home page for more information on what events and services these donations help to provide.
The PTO Governing Board meets monthly - typically the first Monday of the month at 8PM in the Elementary Teacher Workroom. These meetings are open to any member to attend and get involved in the planning process. To be a member you simply need to be a parent or teacher! Check the upcoming events page for specific meeting date and time . You can also indicate your interest in this on the PTO Blue Form to get on our email list or use the "contact" button to send us an email if you need more information.
