1. General Agreement

By using this website or engaging with Blue Zone Trucking ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program Terms

We operate a mobile messaging program to communicate with clients, drivers, and partners regarding shipment updates, scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational announcements.

• User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to us through an online form, contract, or by initiating text communication with us, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Blue Zone Trucking. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or employment.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, current shipments, and logistics needs.

• Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details on your text plan. Blue Zone Trucking is not responsible for any charges incurred from text messaging.

• How to Opt-Out / Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP", "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "QUIT" to our number in response to any text message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

• How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at info@bluezonetrucking.com or calling our support line.

• Supported Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Limitation of Liability

Blue Zone Trucking and its SMS service providers (including RingCentral) are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through our SMS system, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

4. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your mobile information is safe with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your text messaging origin data, opt-in consent, or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
