Thank you so much to every single performer who auditioned! You showed courage, creativity, and heart, and we are genuinely incredibly proud of every one of you. Auditioning is never easy, and it takes guts to stand on a stage and give it your all!
Casting this show was unbelievably difficult. You brought so much personality, humor, and talent into the room that choosing roles felt nearly impossible. Please know this: casting is never a reflection of your worth, your talent, or your potential. There are many reasons roles are assigned the way they are, such as character dynamics, age of character, height, storyline needs, schedule conflicts, role preferences, and how the full puzzle of the show and cast fits together.
There are no small parts in theatre. Every role, whether speaking or ensemble, is essential, and the energy, comedy, and chaos of It’s a Madhouse! only work when every performer is committed and all-in. Featured ensembles in this show have tons of moments to shine, build character, and make the show unforgettable.
We are so excited to begin this journey with all of you. We can’t wait to work together, grow together, and create something hilarious and special. This cast is full of wonderful, kind, hardworking humans, and we feel lucky to tell this story with you. Let’s make some theatre magic.
