I'm Aisha Shariff, and I took this class because I'm interested in photography. I've always loved art, whether it be drawing or watercolor painting, ever since I was in elementary school. I've wanted to get into photography since middle school, and I started taking photography classes, but this is my first in-school photography class. The shots that I've put in my gallery are mostly up-close shots. I love the details of the up-close shots where I focus on a particular subject. I like to photograph a specific subject instead of a wide area, showing a place, because I find that close-up shots are more interesting. I find that you can tell a story better if there is a specific subject in the photo.Â
