Gain hands-on experience with backstage areas of theatre. Great to get a taste of what theatre crews do! No previous tech experience required! Technical Theatre is a course designed to aid students in the basic technical elements of theatre. Areas studied include tools, building of scenery, designing of scenery, costumes, make-up, the basic elements of a publicity campaign, lighting and lighting design, lumber, and how to prepare a budget for expenses for a production.
