Your Local Chapter
The Red Rose Blue Star Moms chapter is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, commonly referred to as the Red Rose. We have sons and daughters representing all branches of the military. We were founded to offer a support system for our local military families, and their service members.
Red Rose Blue Star Chapter In Action
Memorial Stone Recognition
During the course of our research of missing Veterans, it became evident that there will be Veterans that we will never be able to find a stone for.
Be it the age of the stone, mass burials or missing stones...some will simply not be found. As part of our mission we aim to teach others about the sacrifices these men and women gave. No one will be forgotten.
With hard work, persistence and dedication, Maurene Leary of our Chapter, secured the donation of an engraved memorial stone by Weaver Memorials.
We would like to offer our sincere gratitude to these individuals and many others for making this project possible.

Lancaster Cemetery Scavenger Hunt Adventure
For the past 2 years, The Red Rose Blue Star Mothers, PA202 have been working to identify and honor each US Veteran buried in the Lancaster Cemetery. We have identified over 1,200 U.S. Veterans so far (18 from the Revolutionary War). The next phase of this project is to begin to recover and restore the stones of our U.S. Veterans.
