1. Services Provided

Bluescapes Lawn Care LLC provides recurring lawn maintenance, landscaping, and seasonal outdoor services throughout Georgia. These services include:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
  
  

• Mulch installation and seasonal cleanups
  
  

• Fertilization and weed control
  
  

• Leaf and debris removal
  
  

• Delivery notifications and reminders
  
  

• Weather delay and holiday rescheduling notices
  
  

2. Service Area and Scheduling

Services are limited to select service zones in Georgia. Schedule changes may occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen conditions. You will receive updates via SMS and/or email notifications.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to service areas
  
  

• Remove items like toys, hoses, and furniture from lawns
  
  

• Secure pets and ensure gates are unlocked
  
  

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and property information
  
  

4. Communication and Message Flow

By opting into SMS messages from BlueScapes Lawn Care, you agree to receive automated text messages from (770) 940-7807. These may include:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
  
  

• Weather-related service delay notifications
  
  

• Promotional offers and referral incentives
  
  

• Customer support and inquiry follow-ups
  
  

• Job updates, safety alerts, and internal staff messages

BlueScapes Lawn Care does not transfer, share, or disclose your personal information to any external organizations for any purpose, even with your consent.

5. Payments and Fees

All services must be prepaid or billed through secure recurring payments. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

• Payments are due on the service date unless otherwise arranged
  
  

• Late payments may incur a $15 fee
  
  

• Failed or returned payments are subject to a $25 fee
  
  

• Non-payment may result in suspended service
  
  

6. Service Cancellations and Modifications

To cancel or pause service, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. One-time services require 24-hour cancellation notice.

We reserve the right to cancel service for:

• Non-payment
  
  

• Unsafe or inaccessible conditions
  
  

• Abusive or inappropriate conduct
  
  

7. Refunds and Service Issues

Please report dissatisfaction within 24 hours. We may offer a reservice or partial refund, as appropriate. Prepaid recurring services are non-refundable without proper notice.

8. Property and Liability Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for clearing service areas before visits. We are not liable for:

• Items left on lawn
  
  

• Pre-existing property damage
  
  

• Issues caused by inaccessible or hazardous areas
  
  

Liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of damaged items, if we are found responsible.

9. Website Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content
  
  

• Access secured areas without permission
  
  

• Use automation tools or bots

10. Privacy and Data Use
