Responsible to LT Lead
Operate Lawn Maintenance Equipment including, but not limited to edger, String trimmer, mower, hedge trimmer, backpack Blower
Assist LT Lead in Operation and Schedule completion
Assist Crew Leader with performing Equipment maintenance and repair
Perform end-of-day tasks in preparation for the next day
Adhere to company safety program and Brand while performing duties
Responsible to Operations Manager
Operate Lawn Maintenance Equipment including, but not limited to, edger, String trimmer, mower, hedge trimmer, backpack Blower
Enforcement of Company Safety Program
Safely Transport Crew and Equipment
Mentor and Train crew members while adhering to company standards
Manage Crew Equipment and insure Proper maintenance Schedule
Perform effective time management and tracking
Complete Paperwork and mobile applications as required
Promptly and Respectfully communicate with customers to address concerns, feedback and/or questions
Adhere to Schedules and Routes per management direction
Responsible to Owner and Wellness of the Business
Manages labor to set schedules and oversees all equipment and materials needed to accomplish production needs.
Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety guidelines. Conducts weekly safety training and inspections on job-sites.
Supervise employees, oversees attendance records, enforces proper uniform usage and equipment use.
Overall human resource management of field staff. Includes hiring, performance management, training, coaching, mentoring, and development of staff to reach full potential for each individual and the company. Identify and develop crew leaders.
Visits job sites daily, observing organization of work, identifying and resolving training issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure high quality of work.
Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer service.
Maintain day-to-day knowledge of customer contracts in progress, including completion status.
Monitors budgeted hours versus actual hours and takes appropriate steps to ensure proper tracking is in place and performance requirements are met.
Communicate with customers daily
Utilize CRM system daily to update schedules and manage crew output
Safe utilization of all company equipment including trucks, lawn maintenance and landscape assets.
