Our typical transit times range from 7-10 business days from the day it ships. This does not apply to holiday peak travel periods.

We Ship every week. The weekly cut-off is on Wednesday at 4 pm EST. Any cargo received after Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

Our hours are Monday to Friday 11 am -4 pm EST and Saturday at 11 am-1 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

To fill out your shipping label, please follow this format; Your name, Our Warehouse Address, CTL # Atten: All Africa Cargo.
**Please be aware that incorrectly labeled packages will be return to sender.

No, there is no minimum weight required for shipping. However, please be advised that all mail-in/drop off packages valued at more than $75 must be paid in the U.S. before they can be shipped.

Yes, for an additional fee. Please check with our office for the rates. Please be reminded that the shipping fee does not include doorstep delivery.

No, you have to pay first before we deliver your packages. Please contact our Lagos office for payment instructions.
