"I need copy paper. Who do I get in touch with for this?"
Please send an email to a warehouse coordinator specifying which department the paper is for and how many boxes you're needing. Your paper should be brought to you with afternoon package deliveries. If your request is urgent, just notify the warehouse team and it will be brought to you expeditiously. Otherwise, you can expect your paper request to be fulfilled the same day.
"I want to see what furniture is available for my school... Where do I look and who do I order through?"
Furniture available to order can be found on the Current Furniture Catalog. To place an order, submit a response to the Surplus Furniture Request Form. If you have questions on how the process works, there's a walk through in the "RES Warehouse Practices Booklet" found under the "Warehouse Practices" tab where you'll also find the furniture catalog. The booklet goes over the catalog and the order form. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to the team for assistance.
"How do I get a label printed for a package?"
To get a package shipped, you'll first need to fill out a form with shipping information. Once this is done, your package can be brought to the warehouse shipping station located to the right when you enter the warehouse from the main hallway. There is a shelf labeled for package drop offs. Please speak to a warehouse associate or send an email to notify them that a package has been left before doing so.
"I'm expecting a large order of packages to come in... What should I do to prep for it?"
Please notify a warehouse associate that you'll be expecting a large shipment. From there, you can discuss if you'll need it temporarily housed in the warehouse or delivered to a specific location.
"I have a package that says it was delivered, but I haven't received it yet. Who do I get in touch with?"
Package deliveries should be done every afternoon after all carriers have been received. If you have a package that says it was delivered, you can call the warehouse team at ext. 562 to see if it has arrived. When inquiring about a package, it helps if you send an email to the team with tracking and carrier information included. If the recipient isn't available at the first delivery attempt, the warehouse team will hold onto the package and reattempt delivery the next day. If you're not in when you're expecting a delivery but would still like your package to be left at your desk or with your department, feel free to reach out to the team with any specific instructions you may have for delivery. All USPS deliveries go through the reception.
"I need help with an office move... How do I request assistance?"
To request help with an office move, simply reach out to a warehouse associate to coordinate a date and time. If you're going to be getting rid of any furniture, you'll need to submit a Furniture Return form prior to the move and within the return form's time restraints. If you have further questions on this process, please reach out to the warehouse team.
If you have a question not listed here, please feel free to reach out to the Warehouse team!
