Starlight Haveli is one of our premiere properties. We use the ground floor for short term guests but rent out this 3 bedroom flat to our long term customers. It has the construction of an old haveli but has been restored to a retro feel. It is very convenient to all available in Mehrauli. It is a two minute walk to the auto stand and 10 minutes to the DDA park. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Launch India Learning Center.
There is lots of natural light in this haveli as each bedroom has one or more windows opening into an open space. The living area also has 4 large windows opening to the verandah. This flat has a central living/dining space with the option of creating 2 or 3 bedrooms from the remaining rooms. One bath is adjacent to the living area while the other has access from both the back bedrooms. There is a separate kitchen adjacent to the spacious verandah. The rooms can be furnished with single, double, or bunk beds. Each room has space for hanging and storing clothes. Each bedroom has an A/C unit and the living space has a separate A/C unit. The clothes washer is contained in one of the bathrooms. There is roof access for a beautiful view and hanging clothes.
The rental fee for this property includes furnishings, water, and internet.
