BlueBridge started 2024 with its original eight programs and ended with twenty active programs. Through its partnerships with the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) and the Washington Council of Police and Sheriffs (WACOPS), BlueBridge was able to build significant interest and support throughout the law enforcement community. New agencies in 2024 include:
Othello Police Department
Stanwood Police Department
Lake Stevens Police Department
Redmond Police Department
Mountlake Terrace Police Department
Port Angeles Police Department
Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office
Sumner Police Department
Grant County Sheriff's Office
Tukwila Police Department
Aberdeen Police Department
Ephrata Police Department
BlueBridge has initiated program opportunities with an additional twenty agencies and expects a large portion of those to activate in 2025, along with another fifty or so agencies in Washington state.
BlueBridge aims to expand its initiative nationwide, building on the success demonstrated in participating communities. In 2024, we began discussions with several agencies across the US, including in Texas, Arizona, California, Wyoming, and Oregon. We expect to have our first programs outside of Washington in service in 2025.
