About Us

Collaborating with high school clubs, alumni, and the public, Bukang Liwayway Pilipino-Amerikano Pangarap Asosasyon (BLPAPA) is a non-profit organization aiming to unite Filipino-Americans with their rich culture. In October 2023, we hosted our first-ever annual Bayanihan Festival dedicated to bringing the Filipino-American community together to celebrate our culture. Following that, we focused our sights on starting up our Performing Arts Program, where we offer our members the opportunity to learn traditional Filipino dances, songs, and instruments. Moving forward, we aim to start up our Educational Program where we will offer opportunities for members to learn Tagalog, Filipino History, Filipino Dishes, Filipino Fashion, and much more. As our non-profit has only been running for less than a year, we're excited about the potential and momentum we're building for our future projects.
