Academic Level Change Form
The Academic Level Change Form is used when students/parents are requesting to change the recommended academic level of a class. The form will be completed, turned into the student's counselor, then it will go to the grade level principal for review.Counselor Recommendation Letters
To request recommendation letters for college, scholarships, or other applications, please fill out the Counselor Recommendation Form that is available above or in the Counseling Center. Fill the form out completely and return it to your counselor. Please give counselors and teachers at least ten days notice to write and submit letters.TN Promise Checklist

Transcript Request Procedures
Blount County Schools has partnered with ScribOrder to offer our current and former students a streamlined transcript request process. Now you no longer need to physically come into the high school to request your records. Employers and Universities can also request records on your behalf with a signed release from you. Depending on your application information, you may be required to provide proof of identification at our physical office located inside the high school.Report abuse
