All BHHS choir members participate in various MSVMA events that may include Chamber Choir Festival, Musical Theatre Solo & Ensemble, Solo & Ensemble, and Choral Festival.

The five BHHS choirs are Black Hawk Singers, Bloomfield Chorale, Concert Choir, The Jills, and Vocalise.

The Jills and Bloomfield Chorale are audition-based groups comprised of junior and senior students and these groups tour the community, providing music at various events. The Jills and Bloomfield Chorale have sung at numerous regional events, including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra for their Home for the Holidays program and at Greenfield Village for their Holiday Nights program.
