Welcome to my page!

Hi! I am Mrs. Altieri and I am looking forward to a fun and exciting school year! This will be my 20th year here at Watsessing. I taught first grade for 9 years, 3rd grade for 4 years, and I am currently Watsessing's ELA interventionist for grades 3-6 for the past 7 years! I have a strong passion for teaching students in the elementary grades and I take great pride in instilling a love of learning. In my class, I take a more hands on and cooperative approach to learning. I feel that we learn best by doing and working with others. I will be working with students in grades 3-6 on targeted intervention skills necessary for success in English Language Arts. I am looking forward to another exciting year here at Watsessing School!
