Your Quick Guide to Creating PDFs (Using What You Already Know!):

Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides:
- Simply go to File > Download and choose PDF document (.pdf). For Sheets, you'll have some layout options before downloading.
Canva:
- Click Share > Download, and in the "File type" dropdown, choose PDF (Standard) for general use or PDF (Print) if you need it for professional printing.

Friendly Reminders:

Name your PDFs! This makes searching and organizing much easier (e.g., "FieldTrip_PermissionSlip_Grade5.pdf").
Take a quick peek at your PDF after creating it to ensure everything looks right.
