Summer Reading

Recommendations and Access Information

for Grades 7-12

Summer is certainly a time to relax, but it is also a great time to enjoy reading something that you get to choose on your own! And, of course, reading is one of the best ways to keep your brain active over the summer. All students are encouraged to use the tabs on the side for tips on what to read, how to get access to books, and ways to further engage with books and the community of readers.

“When it comes to summer reading, it does not matter WHAT books students read, it matters THAT they read!

~Patty McGee

Students who are entering Honors or AP courses for grades 8-12, please use tab on the left side for more information on Summer Reading Requirements that are expected to be completed for start of the school year.
