The program will be held at Bloomfield Middle School and will run from July 1 -July 25. Classes run from 8:30 am through 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The program is only for Bloomfield Public School Students

Statement of Purpose:
The Bloomfield Summer Arts Program is designed and committed to nurture the development of the creative process in each individual at his/her level of ability. Individual and group lessons enable students to express themselves through musical and visual experiences. This process extends beyond skill development in singing, playing an instrument, acting or creating visual art. Emphasis is placed on learning to work together in ensembles, group activity, performances and exhibition .
The key ingredient to success in any experience is commitment. The success of an ensemble experience is rooted in "commitment and teamwork!" This can only be accomplished through regular attendance of classes and full participation in all rehearsals, performances and exhibitions. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances is vital to the success of your child's experiences and of the Bloomfield Summer Arts Program. It's important for the parents and child to work with the Summer Arts Faculty to achieve these visions.
