For this 2020-2021 School Year, I am teaching the following courses
Freshmen Phys Ed and Health
Senior Phys Ed and Health.
Freshmen Health topics include: Personality, Self Esteem, Decision Making, Pregnancy, Contraceptives, Sexuality as well STDs.
Senior Health topics include: Mental Health, Suicide, Adulthood and Aging, Marriage and Family Planning, Nutrition and Fitness.
All PE Classes are currently focused on the 5 components of fitness. Workouts range from High Intensity Interval Training to Yoga and Active rest days.
Grades are updated weekly.
Students are given 'DO NOW'S' to assist in attendance and are expected to complete them in the time allotted to ensure everyone is not only logged on, but participating. Any student experiencing technical difficulties will be expected to communicate when they can.
