My Teaching Philosophy: It takes a village to raise a child.  When we make BMS an active learning environment, all students soar. To achieve that goal, students must be viewed as individual learners in a growth environment. I strive to encourage success and growth in all BMS students.  Attaining success in the classroom takes collaboration from the administration, the school environment, the classroom, the teachers, the students, and the home.  When we commit to our students, we become a successful village and everyone succeeds.
