Homework

Reading:

Students will be expected to read for 10 minutes a night (for the first trimester). A reading log will be sent home and checked every Friday.

Math:

Workbook pages will be assigned, not on a nightly basis. Unfinished workbook pages will be sent home to be completed as well.

Homework Club:

If students complete their homework every night for the entire month, they will get a reward at the end of the month! They will have their choice between a fun lunch with myself and other classmates that choose this option OR they can get a special prize from our class prize bin! At the end of the year, any student who stayed in homework club every month will be treated to a special lunch with me, as well as prizes! Homework club will start in October to give students a chance to get used to homework again, and it will end in May.
