Please take a moment to log into your parent portal account, go to Forms, switch the menu at the top to General Forms (mobile devices) or use the General Form tab (desktop computers), and select the Information Update Form. The form can be used to update addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and emergency contacts. If you're not sure what information we have, it's all displayed on the form for easy review. Thank you for keeping your information up to date!
