Ms. Forscher

English 3: 11th Grade

ABOUT ME:

Hello, all! My name is Ms. Forscher, and this is my tenth year teaching at Bloomfield High School. My first two years at BHS, I taught ninth grade, and I'm now beginning my eighth year teaching eleventh grade! I truly love teaching the American Literature curriculum, as it offers a diverse set of stories and authors for the students to dive into and explore.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Education from Rutgers University. I went on to complete a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Rutgers University the following year. After graduate school, I taught abroad at an all-girls school.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading as many novels as time will allow, hiking every trail I can get my feet on with my husband, running outside in beautiful weather, traveling all over the world, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
