最新的一期workshop要跟大家見面啦！從去年3月份到現在，我們已經舉辦了多次不同主題的職場講座，我們也一直在收集大家對於感興趣話題的意見以及建議。大家的參與非常踴躍，我們收到了很多反饋，這次的主題就是從大家的反饋而來，我們發現大家進入職場以後，很多同學開始關注灣區的房地產市場，希望可以買到一個稱心如意的房子，有一個安穩的家。
大家都知道灣區的房地產市場一直比較火熱，房價居高不下，為什麼2018年夏季開始卻出現了轉折？當前的經濟形勢，灣區的科技發展，貸款利率，稅收相關政策等等，又對地產市場發生著怎樣的影響？
我們大部分同學其實是不清楚具體的買房流程的，有一句俗話說得好：“專業的事情就交給專業的人去做”，大家也知道不管買房賣房都有房產經紀人可以幫助大家負責整個過程，那麼找到一個可信賴的的經紀人也是非常關鍵的。買房前需要做好哪些準備？如何選擇lender以及什麼時候做Pre－Approval？買房過程中如何避免Escrow延遲？還有哪些地方需要注意呢？
這一次，我們請到了一位非常有經驗的房地產經紀人幫助大家答疑解惑，Theresa 會幫助大家分析2019最新的形勢，給大家普及整個買房過程中涉及到的流程，真正讓大家做到心裡有數，買的放心。

Our next Professional Talk is just around the corner! Based on the feedback from our previous workshops, we noticed that more and more young professionals are starting to enter the housing market. They would like key information on how to understand the housing market and how to make a decision.
We know that the Bay Area housing market has been “very hot” since the last recession, but why has the market shifted since last summer? What is the impact of the current economy, interest rate, and tax laws on the housing market?
For most people, buying and selling a home is the biggest financial decision of their lives, but we don’t actually know where to start. This time we have invited an experienced Realtor to walk us through understanding the market statistics, what to prepare before looking for a home, how to choose between lenders and when to get the pre-approval letter, activities that might delay escrow and the whole purchase process.
With that, you will be able to make the most educated decision on whether you should buy, sell or not. We will have time to answer your specific questions after the workshop.
