We are very fortunate to have the courageous Ms. Theresa Mao to share her journey of pursuing her dream. For nearly 20 years, Ms Theresa Mao has held positions ranging from database engineer to experienced project manager. However, at the end, she decided that it was more important to be true to herself and became a senior yoga instructor. Theresa will take us along her journey and explain the magical use of yoga breathing to eliminate irritability, calm the mind and body, and share her wonderful, extraordinary career transition.
