3. 中心維護費用: including loan interest  payment, income tax, telecommunication/utilities/garbage/landscaping, insurance,  bank fees,  repair & maintenance, etc.

4. 租戶維護費用: including property tax, utilities, garbages, landscaping, insurance, repair & maintenance, etc.

5. 其它收入: $55k is from PPP forgiveness (one-time only)

6. 公益收入是專款專用
