Registration for Participation:

Participants must be 13+ years old by April 2nd, 2026.

Please read through the following guidelines carefully before completing the registration form and making your travel arrangements!! 

Please note that in order to receive your White Elephant status, you MUST pass the Buddhist examination and assessment as well as attend the 2026 International Youth Summit held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan to receive your White Elephant vest.

Important Dates to Remember! 

• Registration Deadline is March 16th, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. PST

• Before February 15th, 2026, registration fee will be $100 USD (Cash)

• After February 15th, 2026, registration fee will be $150 USD (Cash)

For this Conference, we will only be accepting registration payment in USD. To our Canadian YADs, please exchange CAD to USD before checking in. Thank you!!

Accommodation & Travel Arrangements:

• Accommodation & Travel Arrangements Deadline is March 16th, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. PST

  • Please schedule your arrival into Houston for Thursday, April 2nd, 2026.

    • • Check-in will begin at 3:00 P.M. on April 2nd. 

  • Please schedule your departure from Houston for Sunday, April 5th, 2026.

    • • Check-out is Sunday morning on April 5th. 

• Participants who wish to extend their stay beyond April 5th are welcome to request accommodations in the Transportation and Accommodation Form. Please note that there will be an additional fee of $50-60 USD per night.

• We can provide transportation service to and from the following airports:

  • Please arrange to land and depart at one of the following Greater Houston Area Airports:

  • Houston (HOU) William P. Hobby Airport, TX - We highly prefer to pick up at HOU airport.

  • Houston (IAH) George Bush Intercontinental Airport, TX

• • • If you plan to stay after April 5, 2026, an optional one-day NASA tour and other activities will be available. An additional fee will apply (Amount is to be determined).

Major Event Schedule:

• The Opening Ceremony will begin on Friday, April 3rd, 2026.

• The Night of Buddha's Light & Commemorating Venerable Master Hsing Yun Music Concert will take place on Saturday, April 4th, 2026.

• The Closing Ceremony will be held on Sunday afternoon, April 5th, 2026, followed by the White Elephant Executive Assessment.
