Right now, most emergency food support relies on shelf-stable staples: pasta, ramen, pancake mix, and canned goods. We are grateful for every single box that keeps hunger at bay but starch alone doesn’t help a body truly heal, focus, and thrive.
A nourished mind and body need real, nutrient-dense fuel.
That’s why we are launching our newest initiative:
Nourish to Flourish.
Over the next 3 months, our goal is to raise $6,000 to fundamentally elevate what we put into our community food bundles:
Real Protein: Adding chicken, pork, and whole protein sources instead of relying solely on processed carbs.
Nutrient-Dense Produce: Providing frozen and fresh produce that delivers vital micronutrients.
Safe Cold Storage: Funding dedicated, allergy-safe freezer capacity so we can store bulk protein safely without cross-contamination.
Starch helps someone get by.
