Students must upload the required documentation to the application before the deadline:
31st May for the first semester (Autumn)
31st October for the second semester (Spring)
Applications are only accepted within the deadlines.
We only contact students once they have been nominated by their home universities.

Erasmus students: For your stay in Barcelona it is necessary that you obtain an insurance for medical assistance and civil liability insurance. You also need the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). All of the insurances are essential .
Bilateral agreement students: it is necessary that you obtain an insurance for medical assistance and civil liability insurance. Both are essential.

Catalan and Spanish are the official languages of Catalunya. At the FPCEE Blanquerna, Catalan is the main language of instruction together with Spanish and English.
Exchange students can choose from a wide range of subjects in Catalan, English and Spanish.
Many exchange students will probably choose subjects in English. Exchange students who are not fluent in Catalan or Spanish but understand and/or speak Romance languages (French / Portuguese / Italian / Romanian) are encouraged to select courses in Catalan or Spanish as well as in English.
The Language Service at the FPCEE Blanquerna offers Catalan and English courses. A Catalan course for all exchange students is offered every semester (1,5 credits).

Read the names of the courses and at the end of the document of each degree you can click on the study plan to see the content of each subject.
Check the main language of instruction
Check the semester (1st or 2nd)
Choose the courses for your Learning Agreement
Check your choice at least twice

UPON ARRIVAL
Arrive in time for the Welcome meeting where the FPCEE Blanquerna welcomes you to Barcelona and you get to meet all the exchange students.
You will be assigned a buddy, a local student who will help you get acquainted with the University, Barcelona, and introduce you to people and help you with whatever you need!
Meet the International Relations Coordinator of your Degree to confirm your schedule.
Obtain your FPCEE Blanquerna student card. After enrollment you will receive an email telling you that you can pick up your student card at the SIOE (Student services).
Remember to update your Learning Agreement/Academic agreement.
ACADEMIC RELEVANT ISSUES
Make sure you have an updated version of your Learning Agreement signed by the three parties.
Your transcript of records will be sent by e-mail to you and your university after your departure.
