These terms govern your use of jiiker (the "App"), a mobile game developed by blanc-off ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. These terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/); in case of conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.
The first sectors of the App and the daily puzzle are free. The remaining sectors are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase ("Premium"). Premium is not a subscription, does not renew and is not charged again.
Payment is charged by Apple to the account linked to your Apple ID. The price is shown in your local currency on the purchase screen.
You can restore Premium on devices using the same Apple ID with "Restore Purchases".
Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and are requested at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot process refunds.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, and not to copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App or attempt to bypass its purchase or lock mechanisms.
All content in the App, including puzzles, design, graphics, sounds, music and code, is owned by or licensed to blanc-off. These terms grant you no rights other than the right to use the App.
We may update, change or discontinue the App and its content. Premium content you purchased remains available on your devices for as long as the App remains available.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited.
These terms are between you and blanc-off, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new terms.

Bu koşullar, blanc-off ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen jiiker mobil oyununu ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Size, Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında kullanmanız için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, sınırlı bir lisans veririz. Bu koşullar, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) tamamlar; çelişki olması durumunda Apple'ın sözleşmesi geçerlidir.
Uygulamanın ilk sektörleri ve günlük bulmaca ücretsizdir. Kalan sektörler, tek seferlik bir uygulama içi satın alımla ("Premium") açılır. Premium bir abonelik değildir, yenilenmez ve tekrar ücret alınmaz.
Ödeme, Apple Kimliğinize bağlı hesabınızdan Apple tarafından tahsil edilir. Fiyat, satın alma ekranında yerel para biriminizde gösterilir.
Premium'u aynı Apple Kimliğini kullanan cihazlarda "Satın alımları geri yükle" seçeneğiyle geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
İade talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir ve https://reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapılır. İadeleri biz işleyemeyiz.
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı; Uygulamayı kopyalamamayı, değiştirmemeyi, tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, satın alma veya kilit mekanizmalarını aşmaya çalışmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Uygulamadaki bulmacalar, tasarım, grafikler, sesler, müzik ve kod dahil tüm içerik blanc-off'a aittir veya lisanslıdır. Bu koşullar size Uygulamayı kullanma hakkı dışında herhangi bir hak devretmez.
Uygulamayı ve içeriğini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya yayından kaldırabiliriz. Satın aldığınız Premium içerik, Uygulama yayında kaldığı sürece cihazlarınızda kullanılabilir.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz ve Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu madde, tüketici mevzuatından doğan ve sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı etkilemez.
Bu koşullar sizinle blanc-off arasındadır, Apple ile değil. Apple, Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir ve Uygulamaya bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin zorunlu hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır. Güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
