Handwriting

Remember there are four handwriting groups.

Group A - Forming the letters correctly and focus is letter shape and size.

Group B - Using the correct size and shape consistently in words. These each have a quote in Maori. Make sure to read it and think about it.

Group C - Starting to slope. Each card is about a famous New Zealander. Read what you write as these facts could be in the next quiz we have.

Group D - Cursive Writing. You are now joining your letters and have a lot more to copy. All cards have information related to NZ. Some days you may be asked to tell the class about your card so read it.
