Shops have played a very important role in the Woodland Acres, I (The best and only Smith and Engineer of the woodland acres) myself used to own a precious rock and gem shop but that got destroyed during the long winter of 5th grade. In the spring I opened up a shop where I could sell weapons and gadgets that I made and found, as well as materials to make or add on to them. Other people had shops too like Mair had a drink shop, Mila (For a very short time) had an unsuccessful plate and bowel shop, although Mila wasn’t and isn’t a part of the woodland acres so she never got paid by us at least. Sometimes shops caused problems though, like my gem shop had very overpriced gems although they were overly priced because my supplier (Selby) was very overpriced as well. The shop also caused problems with how much money someone could have at a time, for example, I had 5,000,000 shinks because my gem shop had such high prices but that was a problem because we didn't actually have that much money in circulation so it caused some confusion for my customers. But now we don't really have a currency so that doesnt matter, I am not the one to explain why though. In the end though, shops really are what created the woodland acres, at the very start we were trading and selling things whether it was sticks,rocks,or imaginary items and drinks.
