About 

My name is Mrs. Erickson and I am excited to meet my students and help them explore our school library!  I earned a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC.  I later went on to obtain my Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University.  I am currently taking classes to earn my Master's +30. The 2024-2025 school year will mark my 15th year as the Library Media Specialist here at BES.  In my spare time I take pleasure in reading (of course!)  I also enjoy spending time with my husband, our two sons, and taking walks with our chocolate Labrador retriever.
