About Me

Hello! I am Mrs. Katie Yeaton. I teach Spanish 1, 3 & 4 at Blair High School. I began teaching at the high school in 2012. I graduated from Wayne State College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts with teaching endorsements in History and Spanish. I received my master's degree in Curriculum & Instructions from Doane University in 2017.

I am a Blair native and graduated from Blair High School. My husband and I got married on July 16, 2011 and live here in town. We have three beautiful children, Leena( 3rd grade), Maverick (1st grade), and 3 year old Sabrina. We also have a sweet cat named Binx. I have two brothers and one sister, all attended Blair schools as well. My oldest brother Stephen just moved back home from Tokyo, Japan with his wife daughter; my older sister Laura and her son live here in town, and my younger brother Doug lives in Rexburg, Idaho with his wife and their 4 kiddos. My father, Steve Jones is a retired postmaster and is a Master Gardener. My mother, Donna Jones, owns Salon De Ville here in town, is the financial controller for Tyson Elevator, and also is a Master Gardener. My family attends the local Church of Christ near 13th and Butler.

I LOVE MY JOB and can't imagine doing anything else! I hope we all have a fun and fantastic year!
