Distance Social Emotional Learning

Hello Friends!

I hope you are all taking some time to enjoy this new way of learning! Your teachers and I can't wait to talk to you and find out about all you have been doing while we have been apart!

The boxes below are some different at home lessons you can click on to help you with some of the feelings you have while we are apart. Remember, it is OK to feel any feeling we have. What we need to make sure we do is to have appropriate reactions to those feelings!

There are other resources below the SEL at Home links. Keep checking back as I will be adding more as we go.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!

Worry Worriors:

Counselor Keri has put together a series of videos to help us understand why we worry and how to help calm those worries. You may want to watch all of them (there are 10) or just a few!
