1. How do I book a vehicle?
You can book by contacting our reservations team via phone or email. A full payment will be required to secure your reservation.
2. What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a range of luxury vehicles including SUVs, sedans, limousines, and Sprinter vans. Vehicle selection depends on availability at the time of booking.
3. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekends and peak seasons.
4. Is a deposit required?
Only full payments are required to confirm your reservation.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service may receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit 50% of your payment.
• No-shows are charged the full service amount.
6. Are gratuities included in the price?
Gratuities for the driver are not included unless stated otherwise. A standard 15–20% gratuity is recommended and may be added to your final bill.
7. Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. Changes (time, location, vehicle type) can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, subject to availability.
8. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flights for delays and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. Please provide accurate flight information when booking.
9. Is smoking or drinking allowed in the vehicle?
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in certain vehicles (e.g., limousines, Sprinters) where legally allowed.
10. Do you charge for waiting time?
Yes. A grace period (usually 15–30 minutes) is included. Additional waiting time is charged in increments based on the hourly rate of the vehicle.
11. Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed only with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
12. What if the vehicle gets damaged during my trip?
The client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests during the service. Cleaning fees will also apply for excessive mess.
13. Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
14. Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, most vehicles have a minimum rental time (typically 4-5 hours) depending on the service type.
15. Do you offer service outside the city?
Yes, we provide service to surrounding areas and out-of-town trips. Additional mileage fees may apply.
