Check that you are connected to the internet at the bottom right corner of your screen. If your chromebook is not already connected to the internet you will not be able to sign into your BVP Google account. If you still have trouble, please submit a request through the BVP Tech Support Form.
Please log into these websites through the BVP Clever portal. This will automatically log you into all other platforms you need to be connected to. It is important that you are using your scholar's BVP Google account when signing into Clever, and any other BVP distance learning platform. If you still have trouble, please submit a request through the BVP Tech Support Form.
If you would like to request to borrow a BVP computer, please complete the BVP Tech Support Form. Availability may be limited, but BVP will confirm for you as soon as a device is available.
When you received your BVP computer, you received either a used device, or a brand new device. In either case, it is your responsibility to let BVP know of any issues with the device as soon as possible.
If you have damaged your BVP computer, causing it to not function as it should, you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
The repair or replacement of brand new devices may cost up to $250
The repair or replacement of used devices may cost up to $150
If the damage appears to be just cosmetic, we advise you to bring the computer in to BVP to evaluate and ensure that it is still fully functional for distance learning.
