Real Estate Degree Apprentice Surveyor
The proactive & self driven candidate will work in general practice surveying over several different disciplines to include Property and Asset Management, Agency, Landlord and Tenant, Investment, Valuation, Professional Services. Varied workload, good work life balance & ability to progress within the firm guaranteed.
What you will do in your working day
One day per week university study
Four days per week office / site inspections
Assisting measured surveys
Assisting property and land inspections
Real Estate data research and analysis
Formal report drafting, review, engrossment and issue
Property management
Development appraisals, viability and feasibility studies
Business development and networking
Developing into an unsupervised fee earner

Advertising, Research and Development Apprentice- Channel 4
If you are looking for an opportunity to gain work experience and a qualification, then an apprenticeship at Channel 4 might be for you.
Our Apprenticeships are full-time, with four days per week spent working in a C4 department and one day per week completing the formal learning parts of the apprenticeship. You’ll spend 60% of your working week in your office base and 40% working from home.
The formal training provided will consist of workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching and in some cases residential boot camps. You can read more about the qualification being offered for this apprenticeship below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Support 4Sales in helping marketing agencies and brands understand their audience in order to plan and deliver marketing activity. This will be across a broad range of sectors and industries.
Understand how marketing works across our different platforms, in order to prove benefits of advertising with Channel 4.
Use a range of industry research tools as well as primary research to answer the questions of marketing planners at agencies across the UK.
Support the team with larger insight projects throughout the year to present to marketing agencies and brands across the UK.
Help us ‘market our research’ by creating content for the Sales team and external marketing agencies.
Be part of a team that are a regular contact for stakeholders and deal with their day to day requests.
Help the team set up and run projects that prove how TV sponsorships and adverts work, or explain how and why viewers watch our shows.
Create regular reports, e.g. channel performance reports, advertising spend reports, etc.

Ensure all Linear and Streaming activity is booked through the booking systems and adheres to the internal booking cycle
Regularly monitor the delivery levels of all Linear and Streaming campaigns, whilst highlighting anomalies and responding & reacting accordingly to provide solutions.
Use initiative and judgement to present efficient ways of working within a fast paced team to ensure revenue is maximised throughout the month
Resolve routine Airtime and Digital problems at a campaign level, whilst escalating more complex problems to the Assistant/Exec/Manager
Understand all aspects of trading within the C4 revenue workflow and factors which impact the C4 sales proposition
Build strong working relationships with multiple teams within 4Sales

Our Supply Chain leadership degree Level 6 Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. What you will do in your working day
Logistics is more than getting the product from A to B. At DHL Supply Chain we combine management and value-added services with our customised, integrated logistics solutions which drive resilience, and efficiency, improve quality, and create competitive advantage. Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms
WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?
Working with a DHL team within a small warehouse in a prison setting working on the Retail contract directly for HMPPS/Ministry of Justice (MOJ). Working alongside offenders, enabling them to pick, pack, and distribute orders. Apprentices will play an integral and empowering role in offender's lives, where you will work with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation in a warehouse environment.
Completing one-to-ones with the offenders
Guiding them through safe systems of work and processes within the warehouse environment
Resource planning - ensuring all roles within the warehouse domain are covered in order to process all of the daily orders.
Ensuing stocking levels are correct to meet daily demand from suppliers
Continuous Improvement - working leaner and smarter
Ensuring compliance of process for MOJ regulations
The training you will be getting
As part of the Level 6 Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship, they will complete the learning on campus at Aston University and on-site learning at their dedicated DHL Supply Chain site.

AMAZON Buying and Merchandising- Level 4 Apprenticeship
BITESIZE BRIEF: This role will require you to collate, distribute and analyse sales and performance reports, identifying trends, trading patterns and highlighting anomalies. You will communicate and escalate findings appropriately. You will also work collaboratively to contribute to the delivery of department/company sales and profit targets.
Location: London, Manchester
Programme Duration: 24 months
Qualification & Level: Apprentices will gain the L4 Apprenticeship standard in Buying and Merchandising
Weekly Working Hours: Apprentices will work a 40-hour working week Mon to Fri
The positions will be based in a Corporate Office.
Training Breakdown:
Apprentices will attend and complete modules in order to completing all Knowledge Skills behaviours culminating in an independent End Point Assessment.
The training is delivered in mix of remote and f2f sessions
Each week Apprentices will be allocated time away from their day to day roles to work on their Apprenticeship studies. You will spend approximately 80% of your working week learning from skilled members of the team whilst supporting learning on the job.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 x GCSE’s at grade 4-9 (A-C) or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship
