Sight Guides Opportunity

I am reaching out to you as the Events Coordinator for Sight Village, the UK's premier exhibition for blind and partially sighted individuals.

These events offer a unique opportunity for everyone to explore a comprehensive range of products and services from leading providers, all conveniently located under one roof. Our team travels across the country to organize expansive events, featuring a diverse range of exhibitors dedicated to showcasing products and services that support individuals with sight loss. Our annual events take place in various locations, including London, Birmingham, Leeds, Wales, and Exeter, among others.

Annually, we welcome hundreds of visitors through our doors, and due to the specific needs of some attendees, we heavily rely on volunteers to serve as Sight Guides. In Birmingham and London, we collaborate with local schools and colleges, which generously provide us with groups of volunteers.

I am reaching out to inquire if your college would be interested in supporting this event, providing your pupils/students with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience at a local event. This year, our event is hosted at Winter Gardens in Blackpool.

Your participation would greatly contribute to the success of our event and provide a meaningful experience for your students. If you are interested or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards
