2. Interview

This call is really about you. We want to learn more about your experience, expectations and what makes you, you. This is the perfect opportunity for you to share your motivation and what drives you, as well as get to know us and see if Booking.com is the right fit for you. In this first meeting, we will give you an insight into Booking.com and its culture and you will learn more about our company, departments and the team you will be joining.

3. Business

This stage is all about us getting to know each other. We know, choosing your next adventure is no small task. At this stage you will have several rounds of interviews where you will meet your manager, teammates and colleagues. This depends on the department and seniority of the role. That might span from assessing your technical expertise to discussing other crucial skills for the job. We see this as a two way dialogue, so make sure you have some questions ready for our teams!

4. Feedback

We take feedback very seriously. Your recruiter will collect feedback from your interviewers and be in touch with you within a week to discuss the outcome. In general, you should hear back from your recruiter within a week from your interview.
