Apprenticeship information

M & S Apprenticeship information :

Overview

M&S are investing their decades of experience into the Retail Management programme for School Leavers. Spanning 12-18 months on an apprenticeship learning route (Level 4 in England), students get to experience every aspect of how a store operates, from supply chain and sales floor, to understanding the M&S branding and customer behaviour, before becoming a Team Manager. Students will learn how to be a leader and build the skills to empower and get the best from a team. The programme provides the opportunity to work with people from all kinds of backgrounds, to make every moment special for customers. Once assigned to a store, students receive specialist coaching and mentoring from M&S retail management experts and their dedicated apprenticeship support coordinator. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a well loved British retailer, giving students the opportunity to learn while they earn!
